Try to moisturize at least once a day, preferably before you go to bed at night so that your skin has time to absorb the moisturizer.  If you spend a lot of time outside, you may also want to use a moisturizer with sunscreen as this will protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

 Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables

  Eating healthy foods is important for everyone, but it is especially important for those who want to maintain healthy skin. When you eat healthy foods, you are giving your body the nutrients that it needs to stay healthy and glowing. Eating healthy foods will also help your skin to stay hydrated and prevent dry skin.
